  • Welcome Message

    Dear Industry Partners

The Caribbean Association of Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgeons (CAGES) and the International Society for Gynaecologic Endoscopy (ISGE) will be jointly hosting the first International Gynaecological Endoscopic Conference, from March 21 – 25, 2017, at the Hilton Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica, West Indies.

The theme of the Conference is “Using MIGS to Enhance Fertility Through Collaboration and Discussion”. The Scientific Programme includes over 50 expert surgeons from Australia, Belgium, Germany, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. We aim to utilize the emerging medical learning strategy of case-based learning in the sharing of new surgical techniques and ways to improve patient care and safety. We expect to attract attendees from North America, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe, as well as to inspire the international societies of multiple specialities to include Jamaica as a destination for their annual conferences.

We are also proud that the conference will see eight (8) patients benefiting from critically needed surgeries as part of the meeting’s ‘Live-Surgery’ component. These surgeries, offered free to the patients, will be recorded and reviewed as a learning opportunity for conference participants.

The Hugh Wynter Fertility Management Unit is the premier Gynaecological Endoscopic Institute at The University Hospital of the West Indies, and it is our aim to establish this as an International Centre of Excellence by 2018. We have formed a local expert society in the English-speaking Caribbean known as CAGES – Caribbean Association of Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgeons, which is soon to be an affiliate society of the ISGE and the American Association of Gynaecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).

Your support is vital in making this Conference a success. This Exhibit and Sponsorship Prospectus outlines the various opportunities available for your company to participate and promote your organization internationally and locally. Benefits associated with the various levels of sponsorship include, but are not limited to, the opportunity to host a booth at the Conference; having the company logo included on the Conference bags, the website banner, flyers, and in video promotions; title sponsorship of events such as a breakfast or lunch presentation, the offsite networking event, the opening reception or closing reception; and to provide industry-sponsored tokens for the presenters and research winners.

We look forward to your participation at the 2017 Gynaecological Endoscopic Conference, and urge you to contact the CAGES Secretariat to indicate how you wish to participate.

    Yours sincerely,

    Dr. Vernon DaCosta
